and secondary school teacher, Mary Stevens chooses three books
that can benefit martial artists. Pulling no punches, we look at
how certain books can better guide martial artists to improve
themselves, others and their training environments. Topics range
to looking at the reasoning behind one's actions to achieve the
best outcomes, how being a good role model means more intelligent
communication and, in line with this show's ethos, we look at the
role of critical thinking.
