Ahead of the mammoth self-protection/martial arts deep dive into
Star Wars, I decided to record an audio version of an old article
I wrote on the subject in the pages of "Martial Arts
Illustrated". It's a little twee and less jaded than my current
work - a bit like Luke Skywalker in the first film - but thought
listeners might appreciate it for novelty value
alone.
