Fake Facebook video calls to cheat money

Fraudsters use images posted on the victim's social network to
create videos, animations and then make video calls to scam money
transfer.


The Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention
and Control of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police said that recently, a
Facebook account owner reported that she received a message
asking for a loan of 20 million VND from a friend.
