Nick Groh | CEO of Dino Enterprise and Avid Gamer

You can find him under the username PadRagnarok. For Nick, the
years he spent after college wasn’t as fulfilling as some may
find it to be. He was trying to get a job but was never truly
satisfied. While looking for a job, he realized he was ultimately
searching for something that he didn’t want to be a part of. He
would come home from his job and he realized his life was going
down a path that wasn’t favorable for him. So he decided to
“leave the matrix”. Because it was in his nature to not follow
the norm, he started a website that focused around his favorite
video game; StarCraft. A few months later his first business was
started; EZ StarCraft. Here are Nick’s three pieces of advice
he’d give to another entrepreneur (You can hear this more in the
14 minute mark): Shut Up And Do It No excuses here. Just get out
there and do it! Nick mentions that you have to put your head
down and accomplish your dreams. Write down a list of things
you’d like to accomplish and go out and just do it. Don’t wait a
couple of weeks or a couple of months because the longer you
wait, it will take you that much longer to accomplish what you
set out for. Surround Yourself With People That Have A Similar
Passion Simply said, make sure you surround yourself with people
that are able to pick you up if you fall. Entrepreneurship is
filled with struggle, find those people and continue to
communicate with them to achieve your definition of success. Look
To People Who Have Made It For Nick, he turned to those
individuals that have already made it in the streaming world. At
first he watched these folks stream their game online, but
eventually he became friends with them and even toured the
country to play his favorite video game Puzzle and Dragons. You

final thoughts are that whoever it is in your field, try to find
ways and system to replicate how they became successful and then
come up with your own formula not only do it, but do it better!
