Thrive creates talent relationship management and recruitment
software solutions. #Timestamp 00:45- Big Bowl of Pasta, Lot's of
Carbs 01:20- Introduction 04:10 - 13:00- How To Get More People
Interested About Their SAAS Company (IF YOU HAVE A SAAS COMPANY,
YOURE GOING TO WANT TO LISTEN TO THIS.) 13:00- Habits as an
Entrepreneur 17:10- Go With Your Gut, Network, and Watch Your
Competitors Go With Your Gut If you're starting something new,
but sometimes you have that gut feeling you may need to pivot. Go
with that gut feeling, sooner than later. Otherwise, you will be
hurting yourself while working on something that isn't
profitable. Sometimes you have to pivot to open that market. If
it's software and you have this new bar soap, it's all about user
testing in the beginning, if you develop something and you're not
testing, then suddenly go to market, you should do beta testing.
Network Whether its a conversation with someone in the same
industry, you can pick so much up from that one conversation.
Thrive also has tools to manage your talent networks. You might
have imported a profile from Linkedin, but it also has tools for
networking to add fields to help you make notes on specific
details about the individual. Watch Your Competitors Keep a close
eye as to what they are doing and where they are going. Reed

Fan, Podcaster. Philadelphia native, Johnathan Grzybowski started
his career at 14 mowing lawns. Over 5 businesses later, Johnathan
has a deep passion on bettering the lives of millennials and
helping them execute their ideas into profitable businesses. It’s
never been easier to start a business, but how do you make it
successful? Constantly millennials are claiming to be
entrepreneurs, but may not truly know what it takes to either
become one or last long enough to succeed at being one. By
listening/viewing The Blind Entrepreneur, we are determined to
help those who are “blind” see the true struggles of business,
successes, and the grind it took these millennials to succeed.
