53: Dave Kittle, 29, Founder and CEO of Vinitial

Dave is the Founder and CEO of Vinitial, is a secure HIPPA
compliant for texting app for patients and providers without
exchanging cell phone numbers. Dave comes from a blue collar town
in South Jersey. His first job was 11 to 12 years old, where he
worked for his dad’s tree service business. Throughout his life,
he hasn’t been given much, and has had to to work for everything.
