Eating well, training hard, and living compassionately with Eric Belfi

As mentioned, I myself tried veganism and I did a crap job at it.
I lost a ton of weight and was pretty un healthy, even though you
usually simulate good healthy with vegans.


Throughout the years, I’ve slowly cut meat out of my life. I am
primarily eating vegetarian, but occasionally love some form of
carnivorous meal here and there. My reason for interviewing Eric
was to let make you all aware of the possibilities. Eric has a
job, runs a blog, trains for marathons, and eats vegan. It’s
possible. And you can do it too. I hope you get a lot out of this
episode.
