Book Club: The Waste Lands Part 25 (Bk2/Ch6/Sbch7-10)

In the final Book Club for The Waste Lands we truly see what the
titular Waste Lands really are as our Tet is hurling faster than
the speed of sound in Blaine the Mono. Also Jake reveals his
suspicion (correct suspicion) that Blaine is going to kill
himself. Blaine reveals his role in serving Lud as a god,
including killing people. Blaine demands Riddles and Roland
responds with "fuck you" and gives us one of his greatest
monologues so far. Then Blaine sets the game if he can't solve
one of their riddles he will let them live, but if they can't
stump him they will die with him. Then the game begins... just as
the novel ends.
