Today we have an incredible guest with us. His name is Brad Hart
and I am so thrilled to have him on the show because he is a man
with a very impressive background, and I think we can all learn a
lot from him.


He’s got twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur and
sixteen years managing wealth under his belt. He also has got
experience in real estate, investments, trading, marketing, and
strategy, to mention a few. He has released a book earlier this
year called “The 8-Minute Mastermind” which I really think you
should check out.


Brad is a man who really knows how to achieve success and he has
done so not only for him but for others, he has helped to build
several companies and grow their revenues and profits into the
million-dollar range.


How has he done it? That is part of what Brad is going to share
with us today.


Brad has worked with mastermind groups for a long time, and he
has learned a lot in the process. He is so confident about this
method and it works so well for him and the people he works with
that he could throw away any other tool in his toolkit and just
keep this one because, as he says, ‘nobody is smarter than
everybody’.


One of the things Brad points out about the benefits of
masterminds is that sometimes people have an issue that they
can't solve on their own and no matter how many coaches they go
to or how hard they work, the issue is still unsolved. Brad has
seen it because he has been with people that have an apparently
unsolvable issue, but when they talk about it in a room where
there is a lot of very experienced and knowledgeable people, one
of them is most definitely going to have something to say that
may strike as a revelation.


When people are brought together and a problem that has been
picking somebody’s mind for the last couple of years is shared,
others may think of it as nothing more than a tiny obstacle in
the way. Why? Because they have gone through different things and
they all have learned about them, and most likely, they see a
window that you are not seeing. That is an example of the
usefulness of masterminds, and I guarantee you, there are many
more.
