In this fourth episode, Adam Robert Lewis sits down with Philip
Griffiths. A fellow welshman who grew up in Mid-Wales. Philip
spent most of his youth in and out of local eisteddfods giving
him a taste for life on stage. Moving away from rural Wales,
Philip trained in Opera at Manchester University. He then joined
his first opera company, Glyndebourne. Philip discusses his early
career in opera and the cross roads which led him to Musical
theatre. Since his transition into Musical Theatre, Philip has
appeared in countless musicals across his 50 year career. Philip
is currently the longest serving cast member in 'Phantom of the
Opera' and hold the Guinness World Record for his continuous
