Larry Sharpe NY Gubernatorial Candidate on: How to Manage Legalization

Larry Sharpe is the New York candidate for Governor from the
Libertarian Party.  He joins the discussion with co-hosts
David Katzmire and Mitchell Rabin to talk about the methods of
legitimatization that often come into being, and how we can improve
them.   As he says, “It is time for New York state to be
liberated from the lost ‘war on drugs’.”  He further explains
that, “Cannabis is a way of growing our state. It’s a way of making
people free, growing jobs, and increasing our tax base without
increasing taxes.”  Criminalization of users needs reform, and
cronyism in legalization and licensing can be eliminated.  The
