The ‘420 Guys’ who created the term ‘420’ for
Marijuana!
Steve Capper and David Reddix are (San Rafael High School, Class of
1971) – are two of the five ‘420 Guys’ who created the
universally-accepted phrase ‘420’ when referring to cannabis.Both
Steve and David join our 420-lifestyle correspondent to tell this
story and many more in a fun and interesting interview.


Ellen Komp is Deputy Director, California NORML (state
chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana
Laws). Ellen Komp is a longtime marijuana reform activist and
author. She is currently deputy director of California NORML and

Christopher Haigh is CEO of Whitechapel Holdings Co., which
is doing business as Laughing Frogs, selling health & wellness
products with a specialty in a high-quality, all-organic CBD Oil.
Chris has an extensive background in marketing in Silicon Valley,
with such clients as Intel, as well as a background in the
financial solutions industry, which was his entrée point into the
world of Cannabis and CBD Oil.  Chris, along with Mitchell
Rabin and other colleagues, has been building brand for a few
years.
