Guy Fawkes night, aliens drop in at high speed into a low-income
apartment tower block. John Boyega makes his film debut and shows
what “star quality” means, as he and his gang of teenage
hooligans team up with the future 13th Doctor to tackle issues of
crime, class, race, and how to survive a pack of pitch-black
gorilla wolves with eerily glowing teeth.
