Happy Chinese New Year folks! In this episode, we talk about some
some of the common problems associated with the holiday season
and how you can overcome them using TCM.


Summary of tips:


1. Have proper meals before snacking
2. Drink more water
3. Chew your food more
4. Massage the hunger point

5. Have some hawthorn green tea or barley tea for indigestion
(contraindicated for pregnant women)
6. Pair 'heaty' snacks with cooling drinks like luohanguo, snow
pear or green bean

berry tea if you have to
