we're taught to follow whenever we sprain our ankles. However,
recovering from an ankle sprain is usually not so
straightforward, and it is usually a long process with several
other things that you need to take note off as well. In this
episode, we talk about the 5 things not to do when you sprain
your ankle, as well as what I would do exactly if it ever
happened to me.
