It had been a long time since they’d had any real trouble and
Matt Dillon, United States Marshall liked it peaceful for a
change and hoped it would stay that way. But of course it
doesn’t. The stage that was due in was carrying fifty thousand
dollars in gold when it was held up and Mr. Carter’s fiance was
kidnapped. However ´ the stage rider said it didn’t much look
like she was kidnapped, more like she went along willingly.
