This episode took a while to get out as there has been some
illness in my family and then a bout of Covid, sorry for the
delay!
Mindfulness is a huge subject and one im very passionate about.
Mindfulness has changed my life in a profound way and I use it im
my work as a therapist regularly. this podcast is looking at what
it is, how it can help, how to put it into practice and a small
amount of facts and direct  quotes.
To be mindful is to find peace in the present moment, this takes
practice and is a life long journey, saying this it is a tool
which can be a wonderful recourse.
