Bible series talking about a very inspirational mom, Moses’ mom,
Jochebed.. Stacy’s special guest is our very own Cathi
Armitage, mom of four, international speaker, and Moms in Prayer

the hope we have in praying and holding on to God’s word.
Our God can be trusted to keep all of His promises!

SCRIPTURES: (NIV unless noted)
The midwives, however, feared God and did not do what the king of
Egypt had told them to do; they let the boys live. Exodus 1:17
The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a
friend. Then Moses would return to the camp, but his young aide
Joshua son of Nun did not leave the tent. Exodus 33:11
Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a
heart of wisdom. Psalm 90:12
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the
shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord He is my
refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Psalm 91:1-2
For every house has a builder, but the one who built everything
is God. Moses was certainly faithful in God’s house as a servant.
His work was an illustration of the truths God would reveal
later. But Christ, as the Son, is in charge of God’s entire
house. And we are God’s house, if we keep our courage and remain
confident in our hope in Christ.Hebrews 3:4-6
By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be known as the
son of Pharaoh’s daughter. He chose to be mistreated along
with the people of God rather than to enjoy the fleeting
pleasures of sin. He regarded disgrace for the sake of
Christ as of greater value than the treasures of Egypt, because
he was looking ahead to his reward. By faith he left Egypt,
not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw him
who is invisible. Hebrews 11:24-27 (NLT)
