children include Bone by Bone: Comparing Animal Skeletons; Tooth
by Tooth: Comparing Fangs; Tusks and Chompers; Fossil by Fossil:
Comparing Dinosaur Bones — which make comparative anatomy
accessible to kids (and adults). Her latest book is Flower Talk:
How Plants Use Color to Communicate with Animals.


Sara also writes science-related essays for adults, one of which
was nominated for a Pushcart Prize in 2007.
