Federal regulators and advocacy groups have long been calling
attention to the serious risks associated with antipsychotic
medications when prescribed for nursing home residents with
dementia. Yet nursing home antipsychotic drugging rates are above
the state and national average at four of the six licensed
facilities in Newport County. Why so high? The Dig podcast
