Sounds from the Newport St. Patrick's Day Parade 2018

The 62nd Annual Newport St. Patrick's Day Parade in 2018 took
place on the day of St. Patrick's Day itself. Hear the sounds of
the Ancient Order of Hibernians Pipes & Drums kick off the
parade from in front of City Hall followed by the greetings of
spectators, including  then-Mayor Harry Winthrop and 
6-year-old Roman Twomey, whose his Middletown police officer dad
Sean Twomey relinquished the PA of his patrol car. Produced by
