Marta Giri is the host of the Wellness in San Diego podcast and
the founder / editor of Locally Well San Diego, San Diego's
premier wellness news + events source.  Marta also has over
two decades of experience working in journalism + marketing and
holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.


In addition to being a passionate entrepreneur, Marta's daily
"joy" practice includes singing loudly, moving her body,
practicing a new language (Finnish!), cuddling her kids and
laughing along to clips from Saturday Night Live. Because after
all, the little things actually mean a lot.
