The Communication Architect Episode 2: The War of Words

I'm Dr. Lisa Dunne, and thanks for joining me here on The
Communication Architect! In Episode 2, The War of Words, we
address some of the foundational principles of the power of the
spoken word. Some of the negative communication we receive is
unintentional -- we pick up on a casual or accidental phrase and
allow it to take root. Sometimes, though, those words are
intended messengers of ill will -- words that are sent to
deceive, desensitize, or destroy us. The self-talk that emerges
from our responses to this communication will color our
relationships with self and others. Episode 2 will help you
develop the intrapersonal skills you need to be a Communication
Architect.
