Episode 6 - Investing Local or Out of State

In this episode of the Invest for More Real Estate Show, Carter
goes over the reason why some investors choose to move out of
state. However, individuals don't realize the knowledge involved
in investing in your back yard. 


You know the neighborhoods you want to buy in, and the
neighborhoods to avoid. If you start investing elsewhere, you
will have to re-learn those skills and this will add months to
the process! 


My recommendation is to start off local until it is costing you
business by not doing deals out of the area. You can grow a very
healthy business with a population of 100,000-200,000
people.
