the owner. If you are honest, they normally find integrity in
that & if you are confident you will get the deal done. 


 


Wholesaling real estate can be very lucrative, but you must also
get properties under contract at the right amount so you don't
default on the deal. If you have a habit of contracting
properties too high, you will end up creating a bad reputation
within the industry.
