investors. With the amount of technology in today's society, it
is very easy to build a solid database of investors. 


The number 1 resource I would utilize is the free Facebook
Investor groups in your area. Do NOT pay for a list of cash
buyers until you have done the leg work and can't seem to find
any more. Relationships are what move this business forward and
that is why it is so important to reach out to the buyers on a
regular basis.
