goes over how to handle seller objections in live scenarios. Most
of the time, the seller still has their guard up when you first
get them on the phone. The most important thing to remember is
you need to build enough rapport in order to break them down
& see what is going on.
Some tips to remember are...
- Always agree with the customer
- Acknowledge the Object, Solve, and Overcome
- Objections are thrown out because the seller DOES NOT trust you
