Episode 24 - Do You Need an LLC to Start Invest??

In this episode of the Invest for More Real Estate Show, Carter
goes over the basic concept of an LLC with real estate investing.
Although it is not needed to buy your first property, if you
start building a portfolio or doing more than 1 deal a year I
would highly encourage it. 


Different corporate entities will be beneficial for tax
advantages as well as legal protection and you should discuss
this with your accountant & attorney prior to setting
up. 


Currently, my business CB Home Solutions, is structured as an LLC
operating as an S-Corporation.
