Episode 29 - You NEED to know This on Flood Insurance

In this episode of the Invest for More Real Estate Show, Carter
goes over the ins & outs of Flood Insurance on property. It
is a vital part of your initial review of a property to verify if
it needs flood insurance or not. 


Flood insurance can be looked up by going to fema.gov & doing
a quick search of the property address. If you are in a 100 or
500 year flood plain you WILL need insurance. But make sure you
don't get a FEMA flood insurance policy for your property. 


 


You will grossly overpay & spend unnecessary money. Talk with
an Insurance broker and see if they can bind a policy through
Lloyd of London.
