From Working at UPS to Growing a Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Portfolio w/ Troy Peppler

Troy Peppler was in the studio this week discussing the ups and
downs of real estate and how he has been investing for the last
twenty years. Troy started out in college housing, and he
explained to us how we went from owning around 60+ college houses
to divesting from most of them and transitioning into something
easier to manage.


In the future, Troy has his eyes set on apartment complexes &
continually flipping houses. Once the interest rate environment
cools down it will make it much more competitive to make offers
on bigger deals. 


Today, Troy owns Storage Units and Single-Family Rentals, Flips
12+ houses a Year, and has reached the pinnacle of success most
people wish to have in real estate.
