S6EP16, Cobb 911 serving people on their toughest day

Samatha Hawkins of Cobb 911 contacted Bill because they need more
people to answer calls. Working for 911 requires a unique set of
skills and takes a while and help to learn them: whom to route
the call to, how to help people and how to listen. Multitasking
is required. Also, supporting the people that answer the tough
calls through a peer network, all make one of the toughest jobs
doable.
