bad shit can manifest and turn into self-limiting beliefs for us
and influence us in several areas of our lives. It can negatively
affect our relationships with others and ourselves, we can
develop toxic behaviors such as eating disorders or negative
self-talk. Let’s talk about how to start accepting where we are,
what self-limiting beliefs have we chosen to manifest in our
lives, and how to we start to forgive and heal.
