โฃIโ€™ve seen two scenarios happening recently.โฃ


1. The extra stressful state a lot of us have been operating in
is doing a couple things to our bodies. We arenโ€™t really
connected or at home in our bodies, instead we are up in our
thoughts and playing out worst case scenarios. When stress
increase we breathe differently and not properly. So instead of
nice deep belly breaths we are chest breathing which isnโ€™t as
effective. Along with all of that you could experience tightness
in your chest which makes it even harder to get a deep breath.


2. If youโ€™re choosing to wear a mask getting in oxygen is so much
more of a challenge.
