It's not really about the fit of the jeans, is it?

Hi Ladies, Welcome Back! Recently I tried on a pair of jeans and
a pair of shorts that no longer fit and both times in my head I
said "f*ck these jeans, f*ck these shorts." The more I spent time
thinking about it the more I realized it's not really about the
