I promise to do better for my Fearless WOC!

Hi Ladies, Welcome Back! One of my values I hold close to my
heart and sole is integrity and with that I cannot ignore what is
going on in America. I am a white woman, I have no idea what it
is like to be a black woman. My promise to all of you to open
dialogue and have conversations to be better. In this episode, I
also commit to step into this in the way I know how to help
