super stressed? Are you showing any physical signs of stress such
as painful periods, irregular periods, digestive issues,
headaches? Are you interested in trying to conceive or having
trouble conceiving? Stress wrecks havoc on our bodies, immune
system, and hormones. Many of us will turn to exercise for a way
to manage stress, and I am also one of those people...but what
happens when your body can't tell the difference between
stressors? Let's chat about how you may want to change your
