Triggered to Tears: What can we learn from these situations.

Hi Ladies, Welcome Back! I was on a phone call the other day with
my attorney to close out my car accident case that was still
ongoing and it was not the phone call I was expecting to have.
During the call I got super triggered, it was like the flip of a
switch. I talk about the situation and why it was so upsetting to
me and what we can learn from it. My hope in this episode is for
