How do I get normal PMS?

Hi Ladies, welcome back! The other day I posted on IG top lies
you've been told about PMS and the first one was that PMS is not
normal! I then received so many questions to what I meant by that
so I figured it was a good time to take it to the mic to clear
some things up. I still stand by my statement that no form of PMS
