estate agent and business coach Ricky Carruth.


Ricky shares his story on how he got started in his career,
growing up in Alabama, watching his father build his roofing
business. He learned how to succeed in business and used the same
business model to build his real estate business. He started
selling real estate in 2002. By 2014, he was named the #1 RE/MAX
agent in his State, selling over 100 properties each year since
recovering from real estate disasters in his coastal region (two
major hurricanes and the related insurance crisis, and the BP oil
spill).


Later, Ricky shares his top tips on how to generate leads to
help elevate your real estate business and how important it is to
think of think of the future vision and retain buyers within your
clientele because they will eventually turn into sellers who you
can represent.
