Rivani.


Robert shares his story of how he got started in the sneaker
industry and created a business based off his passion and love
for footwear. He then sold his first company for more than six
figures and has now become a multimillionaire commercial real
estate investor and developer.


His current company, Black Lion Investment Group, invested
approximately $250 million in deals in 2021 alone.


Later, they discuss how to find the most upside when looking for
a sellable property to invest in and the importance of building a
solid team in order to truly be able to scale your business.
