Expectations | Ajahn Santutthi | Roleystone Meditations (Kusala)

This week Ajahn Santutthi encourages us to begin our meditation
with as little or preferably no, expectations.  These
sessions are free and led by one of the Buddhist monks living in
Roleystone at Kusala Hermitage.  These sessions are usually
one hour in length and held at the Roleystone Family Centre.
