Guided Meditation | Venerable Sunyo | 18 January 2025

Venerable Sunyo conducts an intermediate/ advanced meditation
class for approximately one hour. Venerable Sunyo speaks on
making letting go the foundation in meditation, and having faith
in this. Venerable Sunyo gives a simile of learning to ride a
bike to illustrate the importance of letting go of control.
