Guided Meditation | Ajahn Brahm | 7 December 2024

Ajahn Brahm conducts an intermediate/ advanced meditation class
for approximately one hour. Ajahn Brahm speaks on peace and
stillness in the mind, and how these allow us to see clearly and
understand. Ajahn Brahm shares the simile that the lotus of our
mind opens because of the sun's warmth (kindness) and light
(mindfulness) - aka kindfulness.
