Ajahn Brahmali conducts an intermediate/ advanced meditation
class for approximately one hour. Ajahn Brahmali speaks about
allowing Dhamma to guide the meditation, rather than the will or
sense of self, and allowing the mind to move itself in the right
direction towards peace and joy.
