Etienne Stott meets 4 of this year's #ShePaddles Ambassadors,
just some of the group chosen to promote women in
paddlesport. There's great chat here about their passions
for getting outdoors and sharing the love of the canoe and
paddling.

The guests are Emma Love, Kirstie Macmillan, Katie Pearson and
Julie Vidor.

Emma's into white water SUP. India instructs yoga on a
SUP. Kirstie is an outdoor instructor. And Julie has
discovered slalom.

They talk about how they got into the sport, what they get out of
it and how they've overcome barriers to become so
passionate. And there's a discussion on how to get more
women on to the water.
