Code Switching | Episode 4

In this episode we catch up on the emotional rollercoaster that
was the 2020 presidential election.  They welcome the first
woman vice president and reflect on how she represents so many of
us and the significance of attaining such a prominent role.


The hosts discuss code switching: when they engage in it, they
experience it and how people react to it.  They explain how
code switching goes beyond changing linguistic code to creating a
sense of belonging within a larger community.


In closing they recognize the importance of Kamala’s quote during
