C-Town Nutritionist | Episode 14

In this episode Jenn and Ingrid talk about bodies and how women
are subjected to unsolicited advice from rude tias, runner
friends and wannabe nutritionists.  They share their
experiences with body policing from their elders and what they
did to stand up for themselves. Camila Cabello recently
highlighted this issue as her body was publicly picked apart and
criticized after she was seen running through a park (minding her
DAMN business).
