Ep. 29 - Change

Sam Cooke said it best, "A change is gonna come".  One of
the inevitable and most necessary things in life is change.
However, sometimes the abrupt or forced nature of change can be
jarring. Especially right now. 


We look at change as something that we can do, not something that
happens to us. And when we choose to develop and EVOLVE over
time, even larger scale, abrupt changes can feel less impactful
or jarring due to our preparedness.
