While dealing with frustrations from his clients as a long-time
insurance claim adjuster, Jeff Jares found an opening to start
fresh on his new venture, Claims Associates, Inc. back in 1996.
What started as a local business that develops relationships
face-to-face, Jeff soon realized the potential of young team
members and the culture within the workplace. Being thoughtful
with team members and space, Jeff is dedicated to building a
local business tailored to the clients, but also focusing on the
