After ranting about programs not offered to the unhoused, Kadyn
Wittman was prompted by a friend to "be the one who changed it."
At first, she pondered whether it was outrageous, or ingenious.
Soon after, she researched how to be elected into a State office,
met with past (and potential) candidates of District 15, and
formulated her election agenda. By focusing on abundance, instead
of scarcity, Kadyn started her work of providing abundant
opportunities and resources to those without a seat at the table.
